These Terms govern your access to and use of Ask Agents. By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Ask Agents. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. The service
Ask Agents provides AI-generated assistance. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, and you remain responsible for what you say and do. Features and their availability depend on your plan and may change as the product evolves.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Breaking any law, or rules and agreements that apply to you in an interview, assessment or workplace.
- Infringing others’ rights or uploading content you have no right to use.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, overload or bypass security or usage controls.
- Sharing, reselling or transferring your account without permission.
4. Subscriptions, terms and billing
Plans are sold for a billing term such as monthly, quarterly or annual. The price, currency, included interview minutes and features of your purchase are shown in the quote you accept before payment, and the backend record of that purchase is authoritative.

5. Refunds
Refunds are available only for completely unused paid subscriptions requested within 7 days of activation.

Free trials, referral rewards and promotional codes are governed by their own terms, published on this site, and by the configuration shown at the time you use them.
7. Intellectual property
Ask Agents and its software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you provide and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
