These terms apply to promotional offers and coupon codes used when purchasing an Ask Agents subscription.
1. Validation
Every code is validated by our billing system when you request a quote. The discount shown in your quote before payment is the discount you receive. A code that does not validate cannot be applied.
2. Conditions
- Codes may be limited to specific plans, billing terms, countries, dates or number of redemptions.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Unless the offer states otherwise, one code applies per purchase.
Pending counsel review
- Whether a promotional discount also applies to renewals of the same subscription.
3. Refunds on discounted purchases
The Refund Policy applies to discounted purchases. Any refund is limited to the amount actually paid.
4. Misuse
We may cancel codes or orders that result from errors, misuse or fraud.
