The referral program rewards you when people you invite become paying Ask Agents customers. The current reward, validity period and qualification rule are shown on the Referral Program page and come directly from our live program configuration.
1. How it works
- Share your personal referral link from your account.
- A referral is recorded when a new customer signs up through your link.
- The referral qualifies once the referred customer meets the qualification rule shown at the time.
- Qualified rewards are added to your account as bonus interview minutes.
2. Rewards
Rewards are interview minutes, not cash. They expire after the validity period shown in the program configuration and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3. Fair use
Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts and other attempts to game the program are not allowed. Referrals may be reviewed, and rewards obtained through abuse may be withheld or reversed.
4. Refunds and reversals
If a referred purchase is refunded, the referral may not qualify and any related reward may be reversed.
5. Changes to the program
We may change or end the program. Changes do not affect rewards already granted.
